The Electronic Waste/Document Shredding event is a FREE event for residents of Benbrook. Residents can recycle electronics and appliances, as well as shred documents. The following is a list of common items that citizens can bring for recycling: Radios/telephones, computers/printers (the hard drive will be destroyed), fax machines/copiers, microwaves/dishwashers/washers/dryers/refrigerators, gaming systems, and vacuums. Please limit shredding to a reasonable household amount. No large amounts of business documents. Please do not place plastic materials such as credit cards or compact discs with documents to shred.
