My husband and I both work out of our homes and rely heavily on Internet service. We've been dealing with dropped connections - up to 30 times a day -- with AT&T for years now. We finally dug around until we discovered the reason they can't provide our neighborhood with good service is because they don't have enough boxes for their Uverse. Someone else told me they need the power companies to upgrade the power lines to make this happen. Benbrook residents (and businesses) NEED reliable, high speed internet services. What can the city do to help us make that happen?
