WHAT TIME DOES THE FESTIVAL START? 

Gates will open to allow guests to enter at 10 a.m. and close at 8 p.m. on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at Dutch Branch Park.

HOW MUCH IS FESTIVAL ADMISSION? 

General admission is FREE! Additional free activities include axe throwing, archery, canvas painting activity, face painting, hayrides, mechanical bull riding, pony rides, petting zoo, sand art activity, train rides, and western-themed mini golf when you pick up a voucher at the Benbrook Lighted Par 3 & Range booth #14 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINKS?

We encourage you not to bring outside food or drinks into the festival grounds. Alcohol is NOT allowed and coolers need to stay in your vehicle along with glass bottles/containers/weapons.

ARE STROLLERS ALLOWED?

Yes! Strollers and wagons are allowed. 

HOW CAN I PURCHASE A CHUCKWAGON DINNER TICKET?

Chuckwagon dinner tickets go on sale on August 1, 2025. Tickets are $15 for adults and $8 for kids 12 and under. There are a limited number of tickets available. Call 817-249-6091 to purchase your tickets.

HOW DO I REGISTER FOR THE COMPETITIONS?

Entry forms for the dog costume competition, corn on the cob eating competition, and stick horse race can be found on the left column of this webpage. 

CAN I BRING MY PET?

Well-behaved, leashed pets are allowed following the city pet ownership ordinance. Please pick up after your pets. 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE AN EMERGENCY? 

In case of an emergency, stay calm and assess the situation. We have a first-aid station located behind the main stage near the bathrooms. For medical emergencies, please proceed to the nearest first-aid station or call for help immediately, EMTs will be onsite. In all other emergencies, please find a police officer or staff member in a neon vest for assistance.
