The City of Benbrook welcomes Bennett Howell as the new Director of Public Services.
Mr. Howell comes to Benbrook from Denton County, where he oversaw streets, drainage,
parks, building maintenance, and fleet services.

Bennett is a professional engineer, holding a BS in Chemical Engineering and an MS in Environmental Engineering. His experience includes work in community development, planning, floodplain and storm water management, and in managing construction and Capital Improvement projects.

Bennett is father to Maddilin (11), Samuel (14), and Anna Louise (26), and has two grandchildren. He and his wife, Terri, reside in North Richland Hills, and he enjoys home remodeling, woodworking, shooting, and cooking.
