Interested firms shall submit one original and two copies of their SOQ. The SOQ shall be no more than 43 single sided 8-1/2 inch x 11 inch pages with a minimum of 12-point font. The SOQ must be submitted prior to 2:00 p.m., Monday, January 19, 2015 in a sealed envelope clearly marked as City of Benbrook Drainage Engineering SOQ and sent to:

There are five projects included in this RFQ that will be completed over the next five years. One RFQ will cover all five projects. A firm can submit for as many projects as they desire up to the five projects. The RFQ submittal is broken down into two parts – Part A Firm Qualifications and Part B Technical Qualifications. Only one Part A is required to be submitted and it will cover all the projects. A separate Part B will be required for each proposed project for evaluation and must be cleared identified in the submittal package. Please pay close attention to the page count for each item in the packet.

Questions will only be answered if sent by email to bhowell@benbrook-tx.gov and the answer will be provided to all interested firms.
