Join us for a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the completed extension of Winbrook Drive and Benbrook Parkway, located in the Benbrook Industrial Park.

This event celebrates the successful completion of infrastructure work designed to improve access and to promote future commercial development along I-20 frontage in Benbrook.

The Benbrook Economic Development Corporation (BEDC), in partnership with the City of Benbrook and Cassco Land Company, is funding the infrastructure project that includes the extension of the two roadways, as well as supplying water, sewer, and electrical service.

In exchange for funding the infrastructure project on their land, Cassco Land Company has deeded approximately 12.5 acres, located west of Winscott Road abutting the Cracker Barrel restaurant, to the Benbrook Economic Development Corporation. The BEDC is working toward commercial development on this land as well.

Directions to event: From northbound Winscott Road, take a right on Winbrook Drive (across from Days Inn). Follow signs for parking along Winbrook. Enjoy a short walk to the outdoor event, located near the intersection of Winbrook Drive and Benbrook Parkway.
