The City of Benbrook’s waste hauler, Allied Waste/Republic Services, has assigned a customer service representative to field all calls from Benbrook customers regarding trash/recycling/brush & bulk, and yellow bag collection.
As part of an effort to enhance service for Benbrook residents, the City of Benbrook and Allied Waste/Republic Services have developed a system to streamline processes and improve responsiveness to Benbrook residents and businesses. Benbrook customers are encouraged to call the Allied/Republic representative directly to report missed pick-ups, ask questions, or share concerns regarding service delivery in Benbrook. The representative will respond to all calls, coordinate with operations crews in the area, and follow-up with callers to ensure they are serviced quickly and efficiently.
Calls made to city hall or to the Allied/Republic customer service number listed on water bills will be directed to the Allied/Republic representative, who will be responsible for resolving all waste issues in Benbrook.
“Our hope is to streamline the process, alleviate city staff time, and bypass the larger customer service system in order to take care of our customers in real-time, at a local level, and with limited inconvenience to them,” says Jeri Harwell, Republic Services Municipal Services Manager.
