The Texas Department of Transportation reports the following plans for upcoming traffic switches:

- Traffic switch on westbound Mercedes Street approaching Benbrook Boulevard/U.S. 377 is scheduled for Tuesday, August 2nd. Traffic will shift to the north on new pavement but will still remain one lane in each direction.

- Traffic switch on Benbrook Boulevard/U.S. 377 from Mercedes Street to I-20 is scheduled to occur the week of August 8th. On Monday, August 8, northbound traffic is scheduled to move to the new northbound pavement. Southbound traffic will move to the old northbound lanes. Businesses on the west side of the roadway will be on temporary driveways after this switch.

Plans are subject to change as TxDOT adjusts schedules to accommodate availability of equipment, weather-related instances, or other unanticipated circumstances.
