The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) contractor reports that a traffic switch is scheduled to take place Thursday, 9/8, in the Phase 2 area of the project (Sproles Drive to Winscott Road). Southbound lanes will be switched from the detour pavement to the middle so that the permanent southbound lanes can be constructed. Businesses along the west side of Benbrook Boulevard/U.S. 377 in this area will be on temporary driveways.

The contractor is also closing Sproles Drive on the west side of U.S. 377 on Thursday as they rebuild the street to match future grades of the Boulevard.
