The Benbrook Economic Development Corporation (BEDC), as part of the Small Town, Big Backyard marketing campaign, recently launched a new video highlighting available commercial properties and opportunities for developers, retailers, site selectors.

Using drone camera technology, the video includes quality-of-life footage, along with motion graphics depicting local and trade area demographic data.

"Our goal in this campaign is to get as much relevant information, in as many ways as possible, to the development community," notes BEDC Board President Kent Williams, "We've had really good response from businesses looking at Benbrook for retail opportunities."
