The Benbrook Police Department will be hosting a Citizens Police Academy. Meetings will include presentations and interactive programs on subjects such as patrol, investigations, S.W.A.T., traffic enforcement, telecommunications and the hiring process. Participants also will take a tour of the facility. 

Meetings will be held 6 p.m. Tuesday nights at the Police Department, 1080 Mercedes St., and continue for approximately 13 weeks.
