Dr. Edwin Rettstatt and Family Chiropractic Clinic, 8507 Benbrook Boulevard, were recently honored with a Hometown Pride Award, presented in recognition of their 34 years of service to the Benbrook area community.

The award was presented at the Benbrook Business & Community Showcase, held March 5 at HighRidge Church.

Hometown Pride is a program that recognizes businesses and organizations that have provided exceptional service to the Benbrook community for at least 20 years. The program is a collaborative effort between the Benbrook Area Chamber of Commerce, the Benbrook Economic Development Corporation, and the City of Benbrook.

The Hometown Pride Award is a rare honor; to date, only four other organizations have received one. Dr. Rettstat and his staff have been providing chiropractic care for patients since December 1986. His wife, Mary Sue, serves as his office manager.
