PUBLIC NOTICE - BENBROOK MUNICIPAL COURT

The Benbrook Municipal Court is rescheduling all defendants, jurors, and witnesses set for a hearing or trial from March 16, 2020 through and including April 30, 2020.  You will receive written notice from the Court advising you of the new date, time, and location of your hearing, trial, or jury service.

 All outstanding traffic citation due dates are being extended until April 20, 2020.

 NOTE: The Municipal Court office will remain open to the public during regular business hours.

 In many instances, you can address your citation and payment services online or through the mail and not have to appear in person.
