Solicitors and persons distributing hand bills must wear safety vests at all times, and are required to obtain a permit from the City of Benbrook prior to engaging in those activities. Persons applying for a solicitor permit must pass a criminal background check.

Residents should ask to see a valid City of Benbrook permit prior to interacting with a solicitor.
