The City of Benbrook is pleased to announce that fourteen local artists have been selected to exhibit artwork at the City’s first-ever Art on the Fly drive-by art show. Event planners received over 75 submissions depicting Benbrook’s aeronautic history, representing all ages and skill level. The event committee appreciates the time and talent demonstrated in all the submissions, and reminds non-exhibiting artists that though their work was not chosen for exhibit, it may still appear in the City’s Annual Report; look for this publication in the mail next February!

The art show takes place November 2-14 in the east parking lot of First Baptist Church Benbrook, 1015 McKinley Street. Visitors will enjoy locally produced art from the comfort of their own vehicles. Follow signs along Davidson Street.
In November, we will announce prize winners from the exhibiting artists. One lucky artist will be selected from a random Facebook live drawing to win a $500 cash prize; the drawing takes place Friday, November 6! Another artist’s work will be selected by committee to grace the cover of the City of Benbrook Annual Report, plus win a $500 cash prize.
