Join us for the 29th Annual Benbrook Trinity Trash Bash on Saturday, September 18, 2021, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. This annual event offers an opportunity for Benbrook residents, civic groups, and organizations to take part in a fun cleanup party!
Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m. at pavilion #4 located behind the concession stand in the back parking lot behind the Benbrook Community Center/YMCA (1899 Winscott Rd.). Volunteers are assigned specific areas in the park to pick up litter and debris. Cleanup begins at 9 a.m. During check-in, volunteers will receive backpacks filled with cleanup supplies including gloves, trash bags, and hand sanitizer; each volunteer will also receive a free raffle ticket for the opportunity to win door prizes. The event will wrap-up with a free hot dog lunch around 11 a.m.
Trinity Trash Bash is an annual volunteer cleanup of the Trinity River and its tributaries. As a member of the Trinity River Environmental Educational Society (T.R.E.E.S.), Benbrook is part of a network of communities bringing together thousands of volunteers to cleanup trash and recyclables each year.
Your participation ensures the success of Benbrook Trash Bash!
