Tarrant County's Homeowner Repair Program is now available for those who live outside of Fort Worth while still remaining inside Tarrant County lines. Your home must be valued under $218,000. There are also certain income guidelines that must be carefully followed. In addition to those, you must have owned and lived in your house for at least one year, have a clear title to the property, have paid your real estate taxes, and more.
