[ARCHIVED] Benbrook Firefighter Food Drive Needs You Today!

The Benbrook Fire Department works tirelessly during the holiday season to brighten the lives of Benbrook families by meeting community needs. From toy drives to organizing the annual Christmas Tree Lighting and Fireworks Show, our firefighters are committed to serving their community and spreading holiday cheer.

In the next couple of days, they really need your help!

“We have not collected the amount of food we had hoped to for this year,” says Captain Jackie Hartman, “I know we can count on the generosity of Benbrook residents to take a little time in the next day or two to stop by the station with food items for those in need.”

The Benbrook Firefighter Food Drive is accepting non-perishable food items and monetary donations at the Benbrook Fire Station (817-249-1727), 528 Mercedes Street, through December 18, 2013. All donations directly benefit families living in Benbrook.

Please consider making a donation today.
